Getting Started

Deposits & Custom Orders

• One deposit secures your spot for the current booking period (valid for up to 4 hats) For example: if you want to order 2 custom hats, you only need to pay for 1 deposit
• Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your Custom Cranium Covering(s)™
• Once you have paid your deposit, reach out via instagram or e-mail to start the design process.

Design Proof & Payment

• A final design rundown will be provided to confirm all details
• Changes can still be made at this stage, if needed
• Once the design is approved, the remaining balance and shipping cost will be collected
• If the balance is not received within 5 days, your deposit will be forfeited and the order will be cancelled

Turnaround Time

Please allow 1-2 weeks for your custom order to be completed and shipped.
Tracking information will be provided once your order is on its way.
